The clamp roof consists of layers that vary according to the application areas.
Structures where the existing roof space is empty, that is, the roof uses that we encounter in prefabricated-like structures;
1) Making a profile carcass (Varies according to static calculations.)
2) Trapezoidal sheet is applied on the profile carcass. (0.50mm -0.60mm commonly used thickness measurements)
3) Laying a moisture barrier and optionally a vapor stabilizer on the trapezoidal sheet.
4) Installation of Z profile on the moisture curtain (mounted on trapezoidal sheet).
5) Laying of rockwool board using Z Profiles.
6) Laying a second moisture barrier on the rockwool board.
7) OSB mounting on Z profiles. (11mm-15mm-18mm)
8) Installation of clamp sheet on OSB (0.50mm-0.60mm-0.70mm)
9) Including gutter installation on roofs that are generally manufactured (groove construction with Mono gutter system)
